Well, it is quite very strange when I sit
to write and I have to think because usually I write when something is in mind, but today it is for someone Special or should I say My Valentine for this year.
For my friends who have already starting hooting about me having a Valentine
and breaking the pledge of ‘Never be in Love’, let me break the curiosity since
it is no one else but Tweety (@TweetyIzHere) aka
my own Cheeni Kaddu.
Yes, this is what I call her with love
– Cheeni Kaddu (means Chinese Pumpkin). Well, lots of my friends were asking why
I chose her to be My Valentine and not them since some of them are much older friends
than her so I thought to dedicate this post to my Valentine while giving a
simple answer to my friend’s queries. So buck up and get ready to read some
sweet things and praise from me {since that is something the Most Unusual Thing
in My Life to Praise someone Other than Meee ;)} –
She is a mad fan of Preity Zinta and
is a creative sketch artist J I don’t remember when I met her; it’s been almost a year I think, but I can’t recall the exact day or even month, but slowly and gradually we
started talking a lot (& a lot means a lot; trust me :P). I like her free
spirit; something I can recall of and you know the best thing – she is the ONLY
one who accepted me the way I am without EVER asking me to Change or Control
(when Angry :P) or Hold myself when in full ‘Masti’ Mood. She has seen me Arguing
(actually FIGHTING badly) with people but never came to me with lectures, but
instead will sit quietly when I will ask her during my Anger moods and when she
will be asking innocently “Di, Kya Hua means Sister What happened”; and she
will always sit calmly once I say.
It’s not only that she consider me her
sister or I like her for being so supportive, it’s something else too, may be a
bonding we share. I am sooooo comfortable with her that I don’t hesitate
to call her with stupid nicknames and then she will get irritated but will
smile at the end. Today she is the 1st person I run to when wanting
to have any advice for anything – from fashion to mood to anything else. And
she does the same. She has that ability to change my Sad or Angry Off mood to
Cheering One in just 5 minutes J (Trust me, she always does that).
And as far as how much she is
important today in my life, you can guess it from this fact that with New Year
& loads of work in the office when I was not able to come on Twitter for
weeks or even have meals at time, I went on stealing some minutes while hiding
from boss just to be available to help my Tweety with her Dress to be worn on a
family function. {Yes! We do, we actually send pics to each other of the
dresses and accessories and help each other :P (Ha ha ha)}.
Though we live very far away from each
other, but we never let a day go without talking to each other. She is my sweet little Cheeni Kaddu and I am
her Dida and I am exceedingly happy to have her as this year’s Valentine :)
To
Cheeni Kaddu - Luv you a lot and always remember your Dida is always with you,
no matter what. You can ask anything from your Dida and I will try my best to
get you that including your PZ one day.
